We want to offer our customers complete peace of mind, with access to the help and support of trained ChatSure IM specialists available when needed. Therefore we provide a number of support options for customers:

IM Support: Add 'ChatSure Support' to your ChatSure IM contacts list and you can ask questions and get clear jargon-free answers in seconds. ChatSure Support is normally available online between 9.00am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.  

Email Support: You can email us or fill in an online form with a query at any time - we aim to respond within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). 

Telephone Help Line: Prefer to call? Our technical customer service team are expertly trained to support ChatSure. They can be contacted 9.00am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday on +44 (0)8700 500 735. We can also provide tailored 24/7 access to our customer support helpline if required - ask us about this


ChatSure Upgrades

Always on the latest version: To help keep your business competitive and efficient, we constantly improve ChatSure to provide “must have” features that save you both time and money. 

Free Automatic Upgrades: ChatSure upgrades are included free of charge, with no downtime for customers, as the service is hosted on NetIDme secure servers.
